Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to support@grappy.in with your order number.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
